WHY THE TENTH?
-
Most mother s focus entirely on their newborns , often neglecting their own recovery. Even when they recognise it’s importance, few services offer the dedicated, comprehensive care needed to support them physically, emotionally, and mentally. The Tenth fills this gap, providing expert support so mothers can heal, regain strength, and truly thrive postpartum.
-
At The Tenth, we believe that postpartum recovery must honour the whole mother— physically, emotionally, and mentally. Our programme offers restoration and healing through gentle wellness practices, expert-led care, and professional support within a nurturing community where mothers can truly thrive .
-
Recovery at The Tenth is a holistic blend of expert postnatal care, restorative treatments, and dedicated support. Mothers benefit from 24/7 midwifery care, lactation consultation, postnatal massage & belly-binding, and nourishing, chef prepared meals. Our tranquil setting allows for deep rest, while tailored group wellness sessions, including breathwork, gentle movement, and newborn care workshops, help mothers heal and regain strength with confidence.

Booking Your Stay at The Tenth
-
We offer scheduled tours of The Tenth for expectant mothers and their families. If you can’t join us in person, we can arrange a video call where our Client Relations Manager or Midwife will guide you through our facilities, discuss our services, and answer any specific questions about your stay. Simply contact us to schedule a tour or call at your convenience.
-
We recommend a minimum of 7 days to experience the full benefits of postpartum care, however we are able to accommodate shorter or longer stays according to your needs.
-
We accept reservations for mothers up to 6 weeks postpartum. While some mothers choose to come straight from hospital, other mothers prefer to go home first. We understand your due date may not always be a firm date, and therefore if you are coming straight from hospital, we will do our best to accommodate changes to your check-in date based on the arrival of your baby. If occupancy is high and we are unable to accommodate, we will aim to find an alternative as close to your expected check-in date as possible.
-
Absolutely! The Tenth welcomes mothers at any stage of their journey. While first-time mothers seek guidance through the unknown, second and third-time mothers value dedicated support. Balancing a newborn with older children can be challenging, so we offer tailored care, family integration support, and flexible stay options— including shorter stays and family-friendly bookings—to ensure every mother gets the rest and recovery she deserves.
-
To secure your booking, we require an upfront deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay.
-
