Booking Your Stay at The Tenth

  • To secure your booking, we require an upfront deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay.

  • We recommend coming straight to The Tenth upon being discharged from the hospital. That way, we can ensure we’re setting you up for success in those earliest days of motherhood. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your check-in date based on the arrival of your baby. If occupancy is high and we are unable to accommodate, we will aim to find an alternative as close to your expected check-in date as possible. We do also accept reservations for mothers up to 6 weeks postpartum.

  • We recommend a minimum of 7 days to experience the full benefits of postpartum care, however we are able to accommodate shorter or longer stays according to your needs.

  • Health concerns or loss of life: We offer a full refund in the case of adverse circumstances.

Cancellation 30 days prior to check in: If you cancel more than 30 days before you’re due to stay, we offer a full refund with the exception of a £200 processing fee.

Same day cancellation or no show: Cancellation on the day of check-in, or failure to check-in, will render your stay non-refundable. The full rate for your stay will be charged.

Shortened stays upon check in: If you shorten your stay at or after check-in, your stay is non-refundable, except in the case of a medical emergency.
